Our client is seeking a professional to manage and coordinate end-to-end career growth and development initiatives, working closely with students, alumni, corporate partners, and academic stakeholders. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, coordination capabilities, and multilingual communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with students, alumni, corporate partners, and academic stakeholders

• Oversee the full lifecycle of career growth and development initiatives

• Coordinate career programmes, student placements, and professional networking opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end career development processes

Language Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to balance academic, corporate, and alumni relations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and initiatives simultaneously
