Role Overview
Our client is seeking IT Operations Engineers to join a dynamic IT Help Desk team. The role suits individuals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering high-quality end-user support while maintaining IT service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues, LAN connectivity problems, and laptop hardware/software faults
-
Ensure all IT support tickets are responded to within agreed SLAs
-
Update and maintain IT inventory systems accurately
-
Administer Work-Composer software to ensure smooth operations
-
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
-
Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
-
Support users with password resets and Microsoft 365 configurations
-
Manage devices and security through MS Intune
-
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
-
Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the IT Service Desk Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualifications
-
Degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
Experience
-
1–2 years of experience in IT operations or help desk support
Skills & Competencies
-
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
-
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
-
Ability to work effectively as a team player
