Role Overview

Our client is seeking a positive, well-engaged, disciplined, and hardworking Business Development Executive to manage and coordinate sales initiatives, drive new business opportunities, and strengthen existing customer relationships within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate sales initiatives, including developing strategies to attract retail customers

  • Sustain and grow existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling

  • Perform regular sales calls and follow up with prospective and existing customers

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, including technology, competition, and pricing

  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services of interest to clients

  • Create business proposals and contracts to generate new revenue

  • Negotiate with clients to secure competitive and attractive pricing

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing from a recognized institute

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the printing industry

Other Requirements & Skills

  • Valid driving license

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
