Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Project Manager – Salesforce to lead CRM and Salesforce-based project implementations. This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce project delivery across modules such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, PRM, Spiff, and Revenue Cloud
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements gathering, sprint planning, UAT, and go-live readiness
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions
• Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, developers, administrators, and vendors
  
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
• Maintain project documentation including BRDs, PRDs, timelines, and risk logs
  
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project alignment
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives
  
• Monitor project progress, risks, and ensure timely delivery

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Salesforce project management
• Experience in CRM implementations and supply chain-related systems is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (PRM, Spiff, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
• Hands-on experience in Agile project management methodologies
  
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and user management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-regional teams
  
• Strong documentation and process management skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, PM Specialist)
• Experience working with offshore teams or system integration partners
  
• Exposure to sales operations, incentive management, or partner lifecycle workflows
