WE ARE HIRING: Executive – Wholesale Finance / Debtors Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support wholesale finance and debtor operations. The role focuses on order releasing, credit control, customer account management, payment settlements, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate order releasing functions within defined deadline periods

  • Ensure circulation of outstanding reminder letters to customers based on defined ageing slabs

  • Resolve wholesale operational matters and ensure effective wholesale finance operations within and outside the finance division

  • Ensure efficient and accurate payment settlements including cheque settlements, cash deposits, and credit note settlements

  • Ensure submission of legal action files to the Sales division when required

  • Prepare and deliver proper presentations for weekly Debtor Meetings

  • Ensure timely submission of relevant reports for monthly Board meetings

  • Provide relevant information, reports, schedules, and required support for year-end audit activities

  • Ensure timely customer creation in the system within defined deadlines for relevant sales channels

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  • Male candidates preferred; however, both male and female candidates are acceptable

  • Young candidates with 2–3 years of relevant work experience
