Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and compassionate Senior HR Officer to join our clients dynamic and fast-paced team. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who is experienced in handling end-to-end HR functions, supporting both remote and onsite teams, and managing sensitive information with utmost discretion. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about employee welfare including animal welfare initiatives within the organization.

Key Attributes & Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Sinhala and English.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or diverse team environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in spreadsheets, Google Suite, and similar HR platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both remote and onsite teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and strong organizational skills.
• Passionate about animal welfare, particularly dogs (as it aligns with the organizations culture and values).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee engagement skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with professional discretion.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude even during challenging situations.
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-stress environments.
• Strong commitment to supporting employee well-being and fostering a positive work culture.
