• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and close multi-million-rupee property transactions with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and luxury buyers.
• Manage a personal high-value sales pipeline while mentoring and guiding junior sales executives.
• Leverage personal and professional networks to secure exclusive listings and off-market opportunities.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations, ensuring winwin outcomes for all parties.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, acquisition, and back-office teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support management in shaping sales direction.

Requirements

• Proven high-performer with 3+ years experience in luxury real estate or other high-ticket sales (finance, investment, luxury goods, automotive, etc.).
• Strong closer with a consistent track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities and creating value beyond the transaction.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; Sinhala/Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
