WE ARE HIRING: Head of Digital Enterprise Platforms & Services

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term strategy for digital enterprise services, aligned with broader organizational digital transformation objectives.
• Lead the creation and modernization of next-generation digital products and services for enterprise customers across industries.
• Oversee the development and enhancement of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings to drive cloud adoption and enterprise software innovation.
• Ensure excellence in service delivery for digital enterprise platforms from deployment to ongoing support, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and future-ready digital platforms.
• Drive adoption of innovative technologies to support enterprise digitalization and competitive differentiation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership experience driving digital transformation initiatives in a large telecom or technology organization.
• Strong technical understanding of digital platforms such as: Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) SaaS, IaaS, PaaS Edge computing, IoT, private 5G/LTE
• AI-driven and cloud-native digital solutions
• Deep understanding of service-based pricing models such as subscription, consumption, freemium, and advanced customer lifecycle management.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in digital services, enterprise solutions, product management, or senior technology leadership roles.
• Strong ability to drive strategy, influence stakeholders, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
