WE ARE HIRING: Sales and Marketing Officer 

• Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Working Mode: Offline

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the company's market reach within the paper industry.
• Promote products effectively and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and orders.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience or knowledge is required.
• Strong marketing and sales skills with the ability to attract and retain customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
