Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support the efficient functioning of IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, assist with ERP administration, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the companys systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of IT resources and infrastructure.

  • Administer and maintain the companys ERP application.

  • Manage hardware, software, monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and network maintenance.

  • Respond promptly to service issues, requests, and system/application support needs.

  • Provide technical training and assistance to internal staff.

  • Handle IT administration and end-user support.

  • Test, evaluate, and implement new technologies.

  • Identify gaps in support processes and propose corrective actions.

  • Manage the company's website and social media accounts from a technical standpoint.

Candidate Profile

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in IT or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support.

  • Knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantage.

  • Strong software and OS knowledge, including Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft Office, MS SQL, Exchange, and Linux environments.

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a challenging, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
