Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Group Commercial Head to lead and expand group-level operations across Shipping, Marine, and Ship Supply Services. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end commercial strategy, new business development, market expansion, and sustainable revenue growth across multiple maritime-related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage group-level commercial and business development activities across shipping and marine-related sectors.
• Drive new business acquisition and market expansion initiatives across shipping, marine, and ship supply services.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with overall group objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers, principals, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the group at customer meetings, industry forums, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with internal operational and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Shipping, Marine, Offshore Energy, or Maritime Business Development at a senior commercial level.
• Strong understanding of international shipping operations, trade routes, tramp cargo, sea marshal, and OPL operations.
• Demonstrated success in new business development, key account management, and commercial strategy execution.
• Strong analytical skills with sound market insight and commercial judgment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
