Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end software development initiatives. This role involves overseeing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality software solutions, including large-scale digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software project delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budgets are met.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and external vendors.

  • Balance scope, resources, timelines, and quality to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Provide leadership, motivation, and clear direction to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Define project scope, develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Monitor resource utilization, project costs, and overall project performance.

  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency and expectation management.

  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues.

  • Evaluate and manage change requests efficiently to minimize project impact.

  • Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior management.

  • Oversee testing, quality assurance, ISO compliance processes, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with required quality and security standards.

  • Analyze project outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.

  • Propose and implement enhancements to project management and delivery processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience leading and managing software development projects.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 will be a strong advantage.

  • Experience in gaming or sportsbook platform development will be an added advantage.

  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of SDLC, product development, and project planning principles.

  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, including managing compliance and audits.

  • Experience handling government tender requirements is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
