WE ARE HIRING: Management Trainee – Commercial Department

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to support commercial operations and gain hands-on exposure across key commercial functions. The role involves managing import-related processes, supporting system and process improvements, maintaining documentation, and contributing to data analysis to build a strong foundation for a future career in commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end import process including procurement planning, supplier communication, documentation handling, and coordination with clearing agents and stores

  • Contribute to strategic infrastructure and departmental improvement projects and processes

  • Support continuous improvement of the ERP (SAP) system by monitoring functionality, identifying issues, and coordinating updates and solutions

  • Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for relevant processes

  • Analyze import data to support decision-making, improve procurement strategies, and contribute to performance reviews and business planning discussions

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Management or a related field (mandatory)

Experience

  • Preference will be given to fresh graduates

Preferred Skills / Other Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High level of commitment and willingness to learn and grow within the organization
