Key Responsibilities

• Gather and comprehend customer requirements for new or replacement units.

• Relay customer specifications to principals and request cost estimates and lead times.

• Develop and oversee the site preparation plan, ensuring projects stay on track.

• Prepare work schedules and supervise installation of new or replacement units.

• Conduct testing and commissioning with foreign/local parties to ensure functionality as per specifications.
• Prepare handover documentation and facilitate the handover of installed units to customers.

• Manage warranty services and free maintenance according to company policy.

• Provide technical advice in line with principal guidelines.

• Correspond with principals to seek technical guidance on routine and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or HVAC Technology.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC-related projects.

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and electronics.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
