This role is ideal for professionals with experience in telecommunications and software architecture, who are passionate about innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement software development strategies for products and services that benefit network operations.
• Guide teams to deliver high-quality features and functionalities with proper documentation standards.
• Ensure software quality assurance and independent verification of reliability.
• Promote and lead the adoption of innovative technologies across web, backend, and DevOps.
• Analyze software designs for security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Oversee operational systems to minimize service impact and manage bug fixes, patches, and version releases.

Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Computer) from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications and at least 1 year in software development and architecture.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Ability to cope with pressure and setbacks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial thinking.
• High attention to detail.
