Were looking for an experienced and analytical Assistant Manager Demand Planning to lead accurate forecasting, align operational plans, and drive inventory optimization. If you have a strong background in FMCG or manufacturing and love working cross-functionally with data, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Guide cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and insights.
• Drive monthly demand planning in coordination with sales, marketing, procurement, and supply chain.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, and supply-demand balance to support continuous improvement.
• Partner with plant operations and finance to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Identify risks and opportunities, delivering data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Leverage ERP systems and planning tools to streamline demand planning processes.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields
• 45 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supplier planning (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable plans
• Proven collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across sales, marketing, and operations
• Proficiency in ERP and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle)
