WE ARE HIRING: Senior BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform data modeling, ETL processes, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business performance.
• Optimize existing BI reports and dashboards to improve performance and usability.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and data engineering to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and reporting.
• Stay updated with BI tools, technologies, and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience in managing BI projects and delivering insights to senior management.
