Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury suppliers, and discerning clients.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and SOPs, delivering exceptional service consistently.
• Handle VIP inquiries and complex complaints with professionalism, offering fast, elegant solutions.
• Work with a range of high-end tour operators from the UK, USA, and Australia, building key partnerships.
• Manage B2B relationships, fostering trust and ensuring seamless communication.
• Design high-touch client journeys, from planning through to post-travel follow-up.
• Manage bookings and operational execution, including luxury hotels, transport, and exclusive experiences.
• Lead crisis response and support clients with real-time solutions during disruptions or emergencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the travel & tourism industry.
• Proven ability to create high-end, tailor-made itineraries with strong knowledge of luxury travel expectations.
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Tech-savvy, confident with digital platforms for itinerary planning and client communication.
• Well-versed in global travel trends, especially European markets.
• Passion for promoting Sri Lanka as a premier travel destination.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
