WE ARE HIRING : Senior Outbound Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Senior Outbound Sales Executive to promote and sell outbound travel packages to clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in B2C or B2B travel sales, possess strong destination knowledge, and have a proven ability to achieve revenue targets while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell outbound holiday packages, tours, and tailor-made itineraries to clients (FIT, GIT, and corporate).
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new markets, travel trends, and corporate partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with B2B agents, DMCs, airlines, and suppliers.
• Negotiate rates and offers with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide travel advice, and convert leads into bookings.
• Ensure end-to-end coordination from quotation to post-travel feedback.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless travel execution.
• Participate in travel fairs, marketing campaigns, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in outbound travel sales (B2C or B2B).
• Excellent knowledge of key outbound markets (e.g., Middle East, Asia, Europe).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel systems.
• Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
