Job Overview
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to manage system specifications, testing, and enhancements for CargoWise One (CW1). This role involves coordinating user acceptance testing, preparing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with business standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate system specifications, test new developments, and manage UAT for CW1.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Prepare detailed system specifications and maintain accurate documentation of workflows, configurations, and SOPs.
• Support testing documentation, checklists, and execution of UAT to ensure system updates meet standards.
• Log, track, and coordinate issue resolution with the Solutions team.
• Identify recurring system issues and propose workflow or configuration improvements.
• Support standardization of CW1 usage across global stations and departments.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes and systems.
• Experience with CargoWise One (CW1) preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and testing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
