Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information and assistance regarding services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and effective support.
- Guide insured clients in understanding and mitigating risks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Communicate clearly with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a support team.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience working with foreign customers is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
