WE ARE HIRING: Executive HRIS & Analytics (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

Job Overview
Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive HRIS & Analytics to support the implementation, testing, and ongoing monitoring of a new HRIS system. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in HRIS user acceptance testing (UAT), system support, and HR process analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Participate in workshops and meetings to document and analyze HRIS requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Assist in defining system configurations, workflows, and integrations.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Track and document defects and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate business process representation.
• Provide feedback to improve system performance.

System Monitoring & Support

• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security.
• Conduct routine data audits and clean-ups.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with HR, IT, and the HRIS vendor to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide regular updates to management and participate in project meetings.

Requirements:

• Preference for male candidates with experience in HRIS UAT and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
