Job Overview
Were looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounts Manager to lead end-to-end accounting operations, ensure financial compliance, and support strategic financial initiatives. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong leadership skills, analytical acumen, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations Management

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and audit requirements.
• Review and approve payment runs, invoices, and adjustments.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide insights on cost control, cash flow, and financial efficiency.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Maintain robust financial documentation and records.

Process Improvement & Systems Management

• Lead initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance automation.
• Improve internal controls and recommend process optimizations.

Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
• Coordinate with project teams, operations, and external partners.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA, ACCA, or CIMA (part or fully qualified).
• 5+ years of experience in finance, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
