Job Overview
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Executive Finance to join a dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for early to mid-career professionals seeking exposure in management accounting, operational finance, and business partnering, while contributing to strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing management accounts, financial reports, and variance analyses.
• Support daily operational finance tasks including reconciliations, invoice processing, and month-end closing.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and act as a business partner.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Contribute to improving financial systems, processes, and reporting tools.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Progress toward a professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
