Role Overview

We are seeking a young, energetic, and motivated Operations Executive to support purchasing, supplier coordination, documentation, cost analysis, data management, and day to day operational activities within a tea export and business operations environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting purchase order preparation, shipping and export/import documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with suppliers and external parties, and assisting multiple administrative and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and related operational documents.
  
• Manage shipping, export, and import documentation.
• Maintain records, listings, administrative forms, and operational files.
  
• Perform cost analysis, data management, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate office based and external operational activities.
  
• Support administrative, procurement, logistics, and business functions as required.
• Follow up with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation across all assigned tasks.
• Support continuous improvement in operational processes and reporting.
  

Candidate Profile

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
  
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Well organized with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to handle both office based and field related assignments.
  
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow up skills.
  
• Ability to support purchasing, documentation, administration, and operational tasks effectively.
• Professional, responsible, and able to work in a dynamic business environment.
