Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – DA & AI / Senior Data Analyst to lead data analytics, AI initiatives, data visualization, and machine learning-driven business solutions within a fast-paced BPO environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data and AI strategies, leading the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics initiatives, supporting data engineering and visualization projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Data & AI Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning for business optimization and competitive advantage.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to improve data and AI capabilities.

Data Analytics & AI Project Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data and AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and continuous improvement of data and AI solutions.
• Support AI product development, machine learning applications, and analytics-driven process improvements.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and aligned with business requirements.

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visual analytics to support business performance monitoring.
• Use data visualization tools to present meaningful insights for management and stakeholders.
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in data reporting and presentation.

Data Engineering & Technical Support

• Provide hands-on technical support across data engineering, analytics, visualization, and AI-related initiatives.
• Work with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, cloud platforms, and big data tools to support data processing and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of data and AI solutions.
• Support continuous improvement in data quality, reporting processes, and analytics workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical analytics or AI outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support operational and strategic improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant degree or HND in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data science, data analytics, machine learning, AI, or a related role.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience leading data analytics, AI, or reporting projects.
• Proficiency in cloud and big data tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Good understanding of machine learning concepts and AI applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
