Role Overview 

We are seeking a service-driven and highly organized Senior Operations Executive / Team Leader to support the end-to-end operational management of a portfolio of luxury villas and premium properties. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, managing vendors, and supporting business growth in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end operational management of all villas within the portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest luxury standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits, coordinating remedial actions efficiently.
• Support pre-arrival preparation, guest stay management, and post-departure processes.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned properties.
• Build trusted long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Handle guest escalations with professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with contractors, maintenance providers, housekeeping teams, and premium service suppliers.
• Ensure all supplier agreements, insurance requirements, and service standards are maintained.
• Utilize property management systems (PMS), task management tools, and communication platforms effectively.
• Support operational budgeting, cost control, and efficiency improvement initiatives without compromising service quality.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of operational experience within luxury hospitality, premium property management, or private residence services.
• Experience leading and developing small to mid-sized teams in a service-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities with the ability to anticipate and address issues early.
• Strong proficiency in property management systems, scheduling tools, cloud-based platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer service expectations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and improving operations.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ambition to grow into greater leadership responsibilities as the business expands.
