Role Overview 

We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer – Android to design and develop enterprise-grade mobile applications for large-scale business environments. The ideal candidate will have strong Android development expertise, experience working in Agile teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality mobile solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise mobile solutions for large-scale business environments.
• Build high-performance, highly available Android applications that scale for enterprise requirements.
• Follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Ensure high code quality by adhering to Android engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Apply DevOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle, including development, QA, deployment, and post-production support.
• Contribute to application performance optimization, reliability, and maintainability.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience developing production-level enterprise Android applications.
• Experience in team management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience integrating RESTful Web APIs.
• Strong expertise in Kotlin and/or Java within the Android SDK ecosystem.
• Good understanding of asynchronous and synchronous programming using Coroutines, Flow, or RxJava.
• Experience with modern Android UI technologies such as Jetpack Compose.
• Strong understanding of UI state management and side-effect handling.
• Experience with local data persistence technologies including Room and SQLite.
• Knowledge of NoSQL solutions, schema design, querying, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Scrum Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience in test data management.
• Understanding of Quality Engineering processes and best practices.
