About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Specialist to drive learning initiatives, Learning Management System (LMS) administration, and employee development programmes across the organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employee learning experiences by managing digital learning platforms, coordinating training initiatives, maintaining learning content, and supporting capability development across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Lead LMS implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and user adoption initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders to improve LMS functionality.
• Maintain and administer learning platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Monitor LMS performance, utilization, and adoption metrics while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Learning Content Management

• Create, upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS and approved learning platforms.
• Develop and maintain course structures, learning paths, and certification programmes.
• Ensure learning materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational requirements.
• Support content migration, updates, and continuous enhancement initiatives.

Learning & Development Programmes

• Support the development of learning roadmaps for various departments and job functions.
• Configure and administer training modules, assessments, certifications, learner profiles, permissions, and enrolments.
• Promote employee self-learning and continuous development initiatives.
• Assist in conducting training needs analyses and recommending appropriate learning solutions.

Training Coordination

• Plan and coordinate internal and external training programmes, workshops, and development activities.
• Manage training logistics, including venues, facilitators, registrations, attendance tracking, materials, and communication.
• Ensure training programmes are delivered efficiently and within planned timelines.
• Monitor participation and evaluate training effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

• Collaborate closely with HR, department heads, trainers, and external vendors.
• Provide guidance and support relating to LMS usage and learning programmes.
• Prepare learning and development reports, participation statistics, and performance updates.
• Support learning analytics initiatives and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in HR or Learning & Development (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, HR Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in digital learning content administration and e-learning initiatives.
• Experience in training coordination, learning programme administration, and training needs analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools.
