Job Overview
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Customer Relations to manage the bulk process from order receipt to production and payment. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations, accurate forecasting, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and maintain customer calendars and buy placement schedules.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and order trends.
• Manage incoming inquiries and orders, liaising with sourcing and planning teams.
• Ensure accurate PO entry and timely communication with customers.
• Consolidate and analyze customer forecasts for demand planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align demand with capacity and inventory.
• Manage greige bookings, lab dip approvals, and order status updates.
• Analyze and report overdue orders weekly.
• Handle documentation and communicate order status to customers.
• Respond to customer rejections and quality issues within set timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• CIMA, CIM, or a degree/diploma in Business Management or related field.
• 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Internship or exposure to demand planning, forecasting, or data analysis is desirable.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or data-intensive environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with high numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of technical development processes and industry standards is an asset.
