WE ARE HIRING: GM - Business Development & Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee bunkering sales, marketing, CRM, and daily trading operations.
- Manage fuel deliveries, vessel coordination, and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring full IMO/MARPOL standards compliance.
- Lead tanker discharge operations and supervise regulations compliance.
- Analyze budgets, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Handle global & domestic marine compliance with contracts and maritime regulations.
- Trade coastal oil market, source from principal offices.
- Liaise with JCT Oil Bank, Sri Lanka Customs, SLPA, and the Ministry of Petroleum.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Background in sales and marketing within leading firms in oil & gas, commodities, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in bunker operations, blending, and marine claims handling is an advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities for timely and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
