Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and secure profitable new business accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of all company offerings, including airline products, Cosmos tours, cruises, and visa requirements.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track and analyze revenue generated from individual accounts to ensure profitability.
  • Present monthly performance updates of key accounts to senior management.
  • Oversee and maintain databases for new agents and customer records.
  • Stay updated with new products and proactively acquire relevant knowledge.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in frontline sales.
  • Fluency in all three languages (English, Sinhala, and Tamil) is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
