Job Overview
Were looking for a dynamic and target-driven Assistant Manager Corporate Sales to lead business development efforts across diverse corporate sectors. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the automobile or electronics industries, who are passionate about sustainable mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate sectors, including high-volume clients and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, dealers, and key stakeholders.
- Promote electric motorbike solutions as cost-effective and sustainable alternatives for businesses.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly corporate sales targets.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and business cases.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client workshops.
- Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; a degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an advantage.
- 2+ years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales (experience in automobile or electronics is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Sri Lanka.
- Preferred age: below 35 years.
