WE ARE HIRING : Travel Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with top travel agencies, tour operators, luxury suppliers, and clients to drive revenue and reputation.
• Follow quality standards and SOPs to ensure service excellence.
• Handle VIP requests and difficult complaints politely and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Work with high-end tour operators from the European Market, including partners like.
• Grow and maintain customer and agent portfolios by building trust, clear communication, and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee the full client journeyfrom planning to after-travel follow-updelivering smooth, personalized experiences.
• Prepare budgets and cost plans, managing expenses to deliver value and keep business competitive.
• Supervise luxury hotel bookings, transport, and exclusive arrangements for clients.
• Provide crisis support, helping clients in real-time during travel changes, emergencies, or unexpected issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the travel & tourism industry.
• Proven ability to create high-end, tailor-made itineraries with strong knowledge of luxury traveler expectations.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in travel tools and digital platforms for itinerary planning and client communication.
• Well-versed in global travel trends, especially European source markets, with a passion for promoting Sri Lanka as a premium destination.
• A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
