WE ARE HIRING: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and inspire the Sales & Marketing team across Colombo, Dehiwala, and Gampaha branches.
• Achieve organizational sales targets for each academic year/semester.
• Promote academic programs and conduct presentations for prospective students and parents.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Plan and evaluate market potential for each semester and academic year.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, school events, sponsorships, and outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Age below 40 years.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing with a proven track record.
• Prior experience in the education sector or service-related industries is an advantage.
• Strong educational qualifications; CIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication, administrative, and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform and succeed in a target-driven environment.
