Role Overview

This is an on-site role for a Sales Executive at the Hanwella location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting sales operations through client engagement, identifying client needs, acknowledging and sharing purchase orders, and artwork confirmations with the internal teams.

Additional duties include maintaining customer relationships, assisting with customer inquiries, and working closely with the Commercial Manager to achieve monthly sales and shipment targets. The role involves tracking sales data and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales operations through active client engagement.

Identify client needs and communicate requirements internally.

Acknowledge and share purchase orders and artwork confirmations with internal teams.

Maintain strong customer relationships.

Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Work closely with the Commercial Manager to achieve monthly sales and shipment targets.

Track sales data and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

1–2 years of prior experience in sales, customer support, or client management.

Prior experience in the manufacturing or industrial products sector is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.

Preference for candidates with a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
