Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Manager – Social and Digital Media to lead digital marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence across all digital platforms. This role focuses on developing impactful campaigns, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall social and digital media strategy
• Manage all social media platforms ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
  
• Plan and execute ROI-driven digital advertising campaigns
• Engage with customers and respond to inquiries to enhance brand experience
  
• Support branding initiatives through digital campaign execution
• Create mood boards and coordinate fashion photoshoots
  
• Monitor and control budgets related to digital marketing activities
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and reports
  
• Stay updated on digital trends and introduce innovative marketing ideas

Candidate Profile

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and digital platforms
• Skills & Competencies
• Experience in paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies
  
• Excellent content writing and creative skills
  Experience with analytics tools and campaign performance tracking
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience in fashion or lifestyle branding is an added advantage
