Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Assistant Manager – Products and Propositions to support the development, launch, and management of innovative customer propositions.

The role focuses on customer research, market analysis, proposition development, and campaign execution to ensure competitive and differentiated product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer research initiatives by overseeing data collection, analyzing competitor offerings, and using market insights to support proposition development.

• Manage end-to-end proposition launches ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

• Contribute to idea generation and campaign development for innovative customer propositions.

• Plan and execute digital and POS marketing campaigns to improve customer reach and engagement.

• Maintain dashboards and management information (MI) to monitor product mix, performance, and market trends.

• Coordinate the proposition development process to ensure smooth execution and alignment with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing (CIM / SLIM).

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product or brand management, preferably in the insurance industry.

• Experience in project management and product development processes.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation preparation and delivery.

• Excellent negotiation skills with internal teams and external partners.

• Strong technological proficiency, especially with Power BI.

• Ability to interpret business data and analyze management information for decision-making.
