Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Create design assets for digital platforms (social media, web banners, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, flyers, packaging).

  • Develop visual concepts under the guidance of senior designers while contributing creative ideas.

  • Modify and adapt designs for various formats and distribution channels.

  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and supports campaign objectives.

  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and other departments to deliver cohesive campaigns.

  • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions.

  • Prepare production-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

  • Maintain an organized library of design files, assets, and images for easy access.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

  • Ability to think creatively and execute ideas skillfully.

  • Open to constructive feedback with a collaborative mindset.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
