Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Colombo. This role involves crafting impactful content, managing digital channels, and elevating brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with international teams to deliver high-quality marketing outputs that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Copywriting & Content Creation: Develop clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for web, social media, email campaigns, and internal/external communications.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence for both B2C (home movers) and B2B (estate agents, mortgage brokers). Create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor performance.
• Creative and Copy Review: Review and optimize marketing designs and copy for consistency and impact.
• Brand Management: Ensure all communications reflect a professional and trusted brand identity.
• CRM & Email Marketing: Support and execute CRM and email campaigns (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Digital PR & Outreach: Identify and coordinate digital PR opportunities to strengthen online reputation.
• Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the B2B sales team to develop marketing materials and presentations.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, property, or tech-driven environments.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with strong grammar and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to write high-quality marketing copy.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to review creative work.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with CRM or email marketing tools (HubSpot is an advantage).
• Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
