WE ARE HIRING: Sales Manager
- Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to enhance negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Identify skill gaps and deliver continuous training, guidance, and performance support.
2. Lead Management & Conversion
- Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and handled with professionalism.
- Monitor lead pipelines within the CRM (Zoho) to eliminate missed opportunities.
- Assign leads strategically by matching agent strengths with client needs.
3. Sales Process Improvement
- Audit and refine sales processes to maximize conversion rates.
- Implement best practices for lead handling, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
4. Performance Monitoring & Accountability
- Track key KPIs, including lead-to-appointment ratio, appointment-to-deal ratio, and lead response time.
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
5. Collaboration with Management
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Provide insights on market trends, team feedback, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in mentoring and developing junior sales professionals.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and drive a team toward achieving set goals.
- Real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
