Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager / Senior Manager Sales Training & Development to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales training programs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales capability enhancement, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and ensuring alignment between sales development initiatives and organizational goals. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative sales training programs aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps using performance and behavioral data.

• Oversee and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective tracking, reporting, and learner engagement.

• Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain accurate training documentation.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies.

• Collaborate with provincial managers and sales leadership to align training initiatives with KPIs and business needs.

• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external learning institutes.

• Coach and lead a team of trainers to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training & Development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with a sound understanding of learning principles.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in managing LMS platforms and training data for compliance and audits.
