Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Manager Business Development to strengthen regional presence in the Southern Province. This role focuses on expanding market reach through effective outreach, partnership development, branding initiatives, and localized marketing activities, while supporting enrollment growth and institutional visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional student recruitment initiatives and outreach programs.

• Supervise and guide the regional marketing team to achieve performance expectations.

• Recommend and implement suitable marketing and branding initiatives aligned with regional objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of regional marketing activities and campaigns.

• Coordinate with central marketing teams to ensure consistent brand representation.

• Support the promotion of new academic and professional programs within the region.

• Contribute to achieving regional enrollment targets and overall business development goals.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 57 years of experience in marketing, business development, or student recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with schools, corporates, and institutions.

• Experience supervising or guiding a small team will be an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for outreach activities and events.
