Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Executive Marketing to support brand growth and drive effective marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns, content creation, customer communication, and basic graphic design. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies (online and offline).
• Plan, coordinate, and run marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print, and event-based initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts while creating engaging promotional content and visuals using graphic design tools.
• Support customer communication by responding to inquiries, sharing information on payment plans, and conducting follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support business development and long-term engagement.
• Drive customer feedback initiatives to improve service quality and enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CIM (UK) or SLIM would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in real estate, property development, or a related industry.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
