WE ARE HIRING: Air Freight Pricing Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Air Freight Pricing Coordinator to support freight pricing operations and strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate rate sheets, managing pricing strategies, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the timely submission of air freight quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate air freight pricing with internal offices and external agents.

  • Work directly with airlines and partners to secure competitive rates.

  • Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and spot quotations for sales opportunities.

  • Manage long- and short-term pricing strategies through cost analysis and negotiations.

  • Create and maintain pricing matrices and rate sheets.

  • Support internal offices by providing pricing coordination for global accounts.

  • Submit, manage, and maintain rates in carrier and industry portals.

  • Align air freight offerings with customer requirements and service scope.

  • Identify new opportunities to grow customer relationships.

Requirements

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience in air freight pricing or freight forwarding is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Must be able to adhere to 3:00 PM 12:00 AM working hours.
