Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Network & Security Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network and security solutions. This role focuses on architecture, project delivery, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure and high-performing IT environments across complex infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement network and security solutions based on client requirements
• Lead architecture, solution design, and technical delivery of projects
  
• Conduct design workshops, technical validations, and client consultations
• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including designs, SOWs, and as-built documents
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
  
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure project quality standards
• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals and cost estimations
  
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, security standards, and best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
  
• Continuously improve processes, systems, and delivery methodologies

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in networking, security, or systems engineering roles
• Experience working with system integrators or enterprise environments is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions, firewalls, and threat management systems
  
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data center infrastructure, and hybrid environments
• Experience with wireless, unified communications, and mobility solutions
  
• Familiarity with compute, storage, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage complex projects and technical environments
  
• Strong documentation and solution design skills

Nice to Have

• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Palo Alto, AWS, Microsoft, VMware
• Experience in enterprise, government, or large-scale IT environments
  
• Exposure to technology roadmaps and capability development
