Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Junior Performance Marketing Executive to support paid media strategy, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and digital performance growth across multiple platforms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in campaign management, and the ability to convert performance data into actionable insights that improve ROI and achieve marketing KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Support campaign planning, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Manage campaign structures, ad sets, keywords, creatives, and audience segments to improve results.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, brand messaging, and performance goals.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Implement data-driven improvements to increase conversions, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs.
- Support conversion tracking, remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and recommend practical improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment between messaging, visuals, and performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Provide feedback on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging based on performance insights.
- Support smooth communication between digital, creative, and client-facing teams.
Reporting & Client Support
- Prepare campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Present campaign updates, findings, and optimization plans to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
- Track campaign KPIs and ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
- Support strategic recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid media campaign management.
- Strong experience in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Detail-oriented, target-driven, and proactive in improving campaign performance.
