Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Manager – NOC Operations to lead and manage Network Operations Center (NOC) functions within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 24x7 network operations, ensuring service availability, driving operational excellence, managing incident response processes, and leading high-performing technical teams. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise network infrastructure, network monitoring, incident management, network security, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can drive service reliability, optimize operational performance, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Network Operations Center (NOC) functions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and network availability.
• Oversee 24x7 operational support activities and ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational standards.
• Manage NOC teams, providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Drive effective incident management processes, ensuring rapid identification, escalation, resolution, and communication of network incidents.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, availability, and operational health across critical infrastructure.
• Ensure proactive monitoring and early identification of potential service disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to resolve network-related issues efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, escalation frameworks, and service management best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis activities and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with network security standards, operational policies, and governance requirements.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, network modernization projects, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and service delivery teams to improve overall network performance and resilience.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in NOC Operations, Network Operations, or Network Infrastructure Management.
• Proven experience leading and managing NOC teams within a 24x7 operational environment.
• Strong expertise in incident management, network monitoring, operational support, and service assurance.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure and operational frameworks.
• Strong technical expertise in Cisco technologies, including routing and switching.
• Sound knowledge of network security technologies, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex network environments and mission-critical services.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure operational environments.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent networking certifications will be highly advantageous.
