Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities with a strong focus on supplier coordination, cost optimization, and uninterrupted supply to support business operations. The role involves handling both local and import procurement while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for packing materials, including local and import purchases.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials.

  • Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and price negotiations to achieve cost efficiency.

  • Handle tender processes including Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).

  • Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at stores and factory locations to support uninterrupted operations.

  • Plan and manage delivery schedules in line with production and shipment plans.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, traders, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in packaging and materials.

  • Oversee ordering, packaging, and documentation processes in compliance with quality and operational standards.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and periodic reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and inventory control systems.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated team player.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
