Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our clients team and support the growth of their business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing quotations, coordinating proposals, supporting marketing activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and an interest in both sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates for clients.

• Follow up on submitted proposals and quotations to ensure timely responses.

• Ensure all customer specifications and requirements are accurately met.

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.

• Maintain competitor pricing and strategies to support competitive proposals.

• Understand client needs, liaise with suppliers for enquiries, and propose optimal products at the best pricing.

• Visit customer sites when necessary to assess requirements.

• Provide technical support and recommend cost-effective product solutions.

• Coordinate with internal departments and partner companies as required.

• Maintain smooth communication between all project teams and stakeholders.

• Assist with preparing reports, assembling documents, and distributing required materials.

• Prepare and coordinate presentations, conferences, and meetings with internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Completion of G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.

• Professional qualifications in SLIM/CIM (full or part qualification).

• Qualification in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.

• 35 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the electrical industry.

• Experience in handling bids and tenders is a plus.

• A dynamic team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and PR skills.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
